You can redeem miles in increments of 5,000. Pay with Miles permits you to pay for the remaining ticket price using your Delta SkyMiles Credit Card. Five thousand miles generally provides a $50 value. The great thing about this is all Pay with Miles tickets are eligible for Medallion Qualification Dollars (MQD), Medallion Qualification Segments (MQS), and Medallion Qualification Miles (MQM).

6. MEDALLION QUALIFICATION WAIVED

If you spend $25,000 in a calendar year using your Delta SkyMiles Credit Card. The MQDs requirement to reach Platinum, Gold, or Silver Medallion Status for the qualification year will be waived.
